Joel Muniz is a Illinois licensed and nationally certified 2003 graduate of The New School for Massage and founder of Knead Massage. Joel began his career working at the most well known reputable spas in Chicago such as, Urban Oasis, Kiva and Sir Spa. He has a highly developed experienced and professional touch which keeps him in high and popular demand. Joel uses a variety of deep-tissue modalities to specialize in the therapeutic relief of neck, shoulder and back pains. He is certified in Pre-natal, Ashiatsu and Hot Stone Massage since 2005. Michele Lum graduated from the Aveda Institute of Chicago in 2004. She feels passionately about skin care and enjoys getting people on a regimen to help them look their best. Her approach in waxing clients uses techniques to minimize discomfort. She specializes in waxing men who have had bad prior experiences or have not been waxed before. Michelle loves doing facials because they are relaxing and beneficial to your outer appearance at the same time. She has been recognized by Time Out Chicago magazine in 2009 as one of the best aestheticians in Chicago and recently written up in the 2011 June/July issue of Details Magazine Grooming Guide as an esthetician to see in Chicago for stellar facial treatments.

David Frey is a 2002 graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in Green Bay Wisconsin. During David's initial four years he supervised and taught at the Blue Sky Student Massage Clinic, worked with clients in his own practice and provided massage and spa services at Chameleon, an Aveda Concept Salon and Spa in Green Bay. 2006 started the beginning of his Chicago massage and energy work profession where he has been a Senior Therapist at Sir Spa providing therapeutic massage and energy medicine to hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds. David is currently a volunteer Prayer Chaplain @ Unity In Chicago, Spiritual community focusing on affirming life, unconditional love and acceptance and laughter.
